Spacious rooms with excellent amenities ensure a comfortable stay. The staff's dedication to service was extraordinary, making us feel valued and welcome.

Limited dining variety during lunch and dinner left us wanting more options for meals.

My stay at Jw Marriott Hotel Muscat was delightful, highlighted by the warm and attentive staff, especially Tariq and Gopika. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, and the varied breakfast made each morning special. The wellness facilities were excellent for relaxation.

Minor maintenance issues noted.

Make sure to explore the fitness center. it's well-equipped and offers a fantastic way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

This hotel is more suited for business travelers due to its location next to a convention center and highway!!! Dining options felt lacking both in variety and freshness, leaving much to be desired!!! Pool had no sun exposure, less than ideal for leisure!!!

My recent stay at the hotel was amazing—the food at Kitchen7 was unbelievable, especially the dosas! The spacious room was beautifully organized. Unfortunately, there was a small water leak at reception, but I'd definitely go back!

Amazing stay with fantastic breakfast!

Just spent 5 nights here and wow, it was such a chill spot! The pools were awesome, especially the kiddie pool, and really well kept. Super cozy atmosphere all around. Staff were really friendly, helping out whenever we needed. Only bummer was that there weren’t any shops nearby, had to taxi for anything. Kitchen7 was a highlight for meals!

One evening, I tried a refreshing cocktail at a casual spot which was a highlight of my days there. As someone from Canada, I appreciated the blend of luxury and comfort throughout my stay.

I was thrilled to see my Titanium status honored right away! The hotel gifted us a room upgrade and gave us 24-hour access to the lounge, with a happy hour that was real nice. The shower pressure was just perfect, made me feel like a king while washing off the day.

Wasn't exactly the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for.

The Deluxe Guest room was super spacious and had a fantastic shower—everything felt fresh and modern. The decor was on point, making it feel cozy yet luxurious. I loved that we had enough room to move around comfortably after long days. Wi-fi was solid too, which is a big plus for us. Only downside?

The staff were super accommodating, making sure dietary needs were met. Loved the outdoor pool area. it was such a great spot for chilling out.

Could improve on room soundproofing, as hallway noises were a bit distracting at night.
